COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course aims to provide skills, knowledge and attitudes appropriate for people working as leaders and managers. It is designed to develop leadership qualities and to enhance managerial capabilities.

COURSE DURATION

 1.5 years (includes BSB40707 Certificate IV in Small Business Management and BSB51107 Diploma of Management.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Graduates without prior work experience would expect to find employment as assistant managers, a variety of management roles at different levels or in management of small business. Graduates with related work experience may expect to find employment as area managers, department managers or regional managers.
